Estimator

We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Estimator cum Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior decoration projects, including materials, labor, and timeframes.
• Coordinate with clients, designers, and suppliers to gather necessary project information.
• Assist in the preparation of project bids and tenders, ensuring all documents are accurate and submitted on time.
• Manage project timelines and ensure all tasks are completed within the agreed schedule.
• Monitor project budgets and expenses, providing regular updates to management.
• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and resolve any project-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates, contracts, and communications.
• Attend site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical support as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Estimator or in a similar role within the interior decoration or construction industry for 2 years.
• Strong understanding of interior decoration materials, processes, and cost structures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients, suppliers, and team members.
• Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree is Required
