Operations Manager

Job Description

we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai, UAE.
The role involves overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of events, fireworks shows, and large-scale outdoor projects across the GCC.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field operations, event logistics, and team management, ensuring that every project is completed efficiently, safely, and on schedule.
a background in in fireworks , events, exhibitions, or technical field operations is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations and event logistics.
• Lead and motivate technical and logistics teams for optimal performance.
• Oversee on-site setups, live event execution, and post-event closeouts.
• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and local authorities to meet project requirements.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
• Monitor team performance, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Prepare reports, operational documentation, and client updates.
• Identify areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations or project management (events, exhibitions, or related fields).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills in English.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
• Willingness to travel within the GCC when required.
• Valid UAE driving license.

Preferred:

• Age between 39–48 years old.
• Previous experience in UAE or GCC markets.
• Background in Engineering, Business Administration, or Management.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and authority approval procedures.
• Arabic language is an advantage, but not mandatory.
