PATIENT COORDINATOR FOR A DENTAL CLINIC DUBAI

About Us

Versailles Dental Clinic is a prestigious French dental clinic located in Dubai Healthcare City, known for excellence, innovation, and premium one-visit dentistry. We are currently looking for two Patient Coordinators to strengthen our front-desk and treatment coordination team. This is a key role involving high-level patient interaction, organizational skills, and follow-up efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients (in person, by phone, email, WhatsApp)
• Manage appointments and coordinate schedules with doctors and dental assistants
• Handle follow-up calls and reactivation of patients who did not reschedule
• Ensure smooth communication between patients, practitioners, and management
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular reporting on patient activity
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, no-show follow-ups, and satisfaction
• Coordinate treatment plans, rescheduling, and financial discussions when needed
• Work towards performance-based goals related to patient reactivation and retention

Ideal Profile

• Fluent French speaker (written and spoken) – this is non-negotiable
• Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
• Arabic speaking is a plus, but not required
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Proficient in patient software, scheduling systems, WhatsApp Business, Microsoft Excel
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Experience in handling treatment follow-up, coordination, and KPI tracking
• Sales-oriented mindset with focus on results (not just scheduling)
