Commercial Director – Post Contract | Riyadh, KSA

We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Director (Post Contract) to join our leadership team on a landmark mixed-use real estate development in Riyadh .

This is a key strategic role, responsible for leading the post-contract commercial management of a large-scale, high-profile project that is shaping the future of urban living in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all post-contract commercial activities across multiple project components, ensuring value delivery, cost control, and contractual compliance.
• Oversee contract administration, claims, variations, change management , and commercial reporting .
• Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary commercial team, ensuring alignment with project goals and best practices.
• Work closely with project leadership, consultants, and contractors to ensure transparent communication and efficient contract execution.
• Provide expert advice on commercial strategy, risk management , and financial performance .

Key Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in post-contract commercial management , ideally on large-scale real estate or mixed-use developments .
• Minimum of 12+ years’ experience in commercial, contracts, or quantity surveying roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
• MRICs accredited
• Strong understanding of FIDIC contracts , project governance, and cost control principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field ; RICS or equivalent professional accreditation preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
