Commercial Director
to lead and expand the commercial operations for one of our clients.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving commercial strategy and business growth across the UAE. They should have extensive experience in the
stand build
and
exhibition
sector, a strong client network, and a proven track record of delivering commercial success.
Responsibilities:

Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.

Lead client acquisition and retention initiatives to ensure long-term business relationships.

Oversee tendering, pricing, and contract negotiations to maximize profitability.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations and commercial goals.

Monitor market trends, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen the company’s market position within the events and exhibition industry.

Provide leadership to sales and account management teams, setting clear performance objectives and KPIs.

Manage budgeting, forecasting, and commercial reporting to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:

5–7 years of experience managing and leading commercial teams.

Proven experience in a senior commercial or business development role within the
events
,
exhibitions
, or
stand build
industry.

Strong understanding of the UAE market and an established industry network.

Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
