Job Description:


  • Lead luxury retail category management across multiple store locations, ensuring product selection aligns with target customer expectations and brand positioning,
  • Manage end-to-end store operations, visual merchandising, customer experience, and daily sales performance,
  • Develop assortment strategies, select products tailored to passenger profiles, and optimize stock levels to maximize availability and minimize losses,
  • Define and implement pricing strategies, margin structures, and promotional plans aligned with luxury retail standards,
  • Develop and execute customer experience strategies that elevate service quality and strengthen the luxury brand image,
  • Negotiate commercial terms with global luxury brands, including wholesale margins, concession terms, and performance expectations,
  • Track luxury market trends and global brand movements to identify new brand opportunities for portfolio expansion,
  • Lead the onboarding and operational management of new brands acquired through the wholesale model, ensuring seamless integration into the retail ecosystem,
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury brand partners and ensure compliance with global brand standards,
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting, and stock replenishment flows,
  • Prepare and present performance reports, category insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership,


Qualifications:


  • Experience working with luxury-segment brands, managing store operations, and delivering premium customer experiences,
  • Experience working on contract management, commercial negotiations, and business development processes with global luxury brands,
  • +14 years of experience working in luxury retail, category management, brand management, or multi-store commercial operations,
  • Preferably experience working in airport, shopping mall, hotel, or mixed-use project management,
  • Strong background in luxury retail operations and commercial performance management,
  • Proven experience working on product assortment strategy, category performance management, and driving sales and profitability across luxury retail environments,
  • Strong understanding of luxury retail purchasing, assortment planning, and margin optimization Dynamics,
  • Advanced proficiency in English,
