Job Summary

The Commercial Director -Turkey will lead and oversee all commercial activities within the region. This role is responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence in alignment with the company’s overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Turkish Beverage and Food industry, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in commercial management within the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement regional commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth and market penetration in Turkey.

Sales Leadership

Lead, mentor, and manage the Turkish Sales and marketing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

Market Analysis

Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and partners to maximize sales and strengthen brand presence.

Budget & Forecasting

Prepare and manage commercial budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure profitability and cost control.

Product Development & Launch

Collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to align product offerings with market demand.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure all commercial activities comply with local food safety regulations, trade laws, and industry standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination

Work closely with CD&D, marketing, supply chain, finance, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 10-15 years of commercial experience in the food industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.
Proven track record in developing and executing successful commercial strategies in Turkey or comparable emerging markets.
Strong understanding of the Turkish Food & Beverage market, customer behavior, and regulatory environment.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Fluency in English and Turkish languages required
Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
