We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director, on behalf of one of our clients, to lead revenue growth and sales strategy for large-scale events and exhibitions. This senior-level role will be responsible for driving business development, managing key accounts, and identifying new revenue streams, while also leading and motivating the sales team
Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and revenue strategies to achieve growth targets.

Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing deals.

Oversee key accounts for exhibitors, sponsors, and partners.

Collaborate with operations and admin teams to maximize event performance.

Identify new market opportunities and maintain strong competitive positioning.

Optimize revenue channels, pricing strategies, and sales forecasting.
Requirements:-

Bachelor’s degree or higher, with a proven track record in senior commercial roles within large B2B events

10 years minimum in exhibitions

Ideally someone in a similar role who has worked across different sectors

Team management skills

Proven track record in increasing revenue
