Role Summary

We are seeking a highly driven and strategic Commercial Director to lead the company’s expansion and commercial success in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships, with a proven ability to deliver growth in technology-driven industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the commercial growth strategy for KSA, aligned with regional business objectives.
• Drive revenue growth through enterprise client acquisition and key partnerships.
• Lead business development initiatives with retailers, logistics providers, and technology partners.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and overall sales performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams across marketing, customer success, and product to ensure strong delivery.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
• Build and lead a high-performing commercial team to support long-term growth.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of progressive experience in commercial or business leadership roles.
• Background in SaaS, eCommerce, digital platforms, or logistics technology.
• Demonstrated success in leading sales growth and partnerships within KSA or the wider GCC region.
• Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Entrepreneurial and results-driven mindset with strong strategic thinking.
