Commercial Engineer

The role will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of projects, including but not limited to:

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements.
• Preparation and submission of interim and final payment applications.
• Management of subcontractor payments and certification.
• Preparation, submission, and negotiation of variations.
• Evaluation of subcontractor variations and claims.
• Monitoring and controlling project costs in coordination with site and management teams.
• Preparing contractual correspondence and supporting documentation.
• Supporting procurement team in subcontractor finalization and contract agreements.
• Preparing and submitting tender documents, including pricing works and BOQ analysis.
• Handling estimation works for new tenders and ongoing projects.
• Preparing reports, trackers, and maintaining proper commercial records.
• Must have proven experience in both pre-contract and post-contract stages of projects.
