This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a Commercial Excellence Manager in Dubai with Signify.
Lead the development and implementation of commercial excellence strategies to optimize sales productivity and profitability.
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across commercial teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights to improve sales execution and market effectiveness.
Support strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Develop tools, methodologies, and training programs to enhance sales team effectiveness.
Drive the adoption of best practices in sales process management, customer engagement, and value selling.
Partner with HR and Learning & Development to design and execute capability-building programs.
Ensure optimal use of CRM systems for pipeline management, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
Champion data-driven decision-making by developing dashboards and analytics that provide commercial insights.
Oversee data quality and governance to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems.
Identify and streamline commercial processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Develop and maintain standardized commercial policies, pricing frameworks, and governance models.
Support implementation of tools and technologies that enable automation and process improvement.
Work closely with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to ensure commercial alignment and market responsiveness.
Provide commercial input to go-to-market strategies, product launches, and pricing decisions.
Partner with finance and operations to drive customer profitability analysis and margin optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
10+ years of experience in marketing, commercial excellence, sales operations, business development, or management consulting.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Proven track record of leading commercial improvement initiatives.
Proficiency in CRM systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred
