Role Overview

As a Commercial Executive, you’ll play a key role in growing our assortment, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth execution of pricing and catalog operations. This is a fast-paced, cross-functional role where attention to detail, speed, and ownership are critical.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in onboarding new brands and products to Highfy’s catalog

· Coordinate with vendors for price negotiations, PO creation, and stock planning

· Support the Category Manager in managing product performance (sales, inventory, margins)

· Own the accuracy of SKUs, pricing, discounts, and promotions on Shopify and backend systems

· Ensure timely product uploads and catalog hygiene (images, descriptions, tags)

· Analyze sales and stock data to support purchase decisions and replenishment planning

· Track and coordinate brand campaigns, sampling, and visibility slots

· Work closely with Fulfillment, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure commercial alignment

· Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and identify new growth opportunities

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Supply Chain

· 1–2 years of experience in a commercial, merchandising, or buying role (eCommerce/FMCG preferred)

· Strong command over Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Shopify and SAP is a plus

· Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

· Passion for beauty, eCommerce, and startup environments
