Seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role plays a key part in fleet operations and company organization, ensuring seamless communication between management, customers, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and record fleet equipment compliance and reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair activities.
- Communicate with drivers, mechanics, and supervisors.
- Maintain operational records and fleet systems.
- Monitor and maintain employee compliance and record keeping.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be comfortable using computers and technology in a paperless environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Must be tech-forward and able to learn and navigate multiple cloud-based software platforms used throughout the organization.
- Transportation or fleet experience preferred but not required.
