Required:

Develop and execute the sales strategy aligned with the Free Zone’s commercial and economic objectives.

 Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets, KPIs, and performance standards.

 Drive new investor acquisition, retention, and expansion of existing clients.

 Promote Free Zone services including company formation, licensing, warehouses, offices, and value-added services.

 Oversee the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and agreements in coordination with Legal and Finance.

 Build strong relationships with investors, brokers, consultants, and strategic partners.

 Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts; prepare regular reports for senior management.

 Ensure full compliance with UAE regulations, Free Zone policies, and internal procedures.

 Coordinate with Marketing on lead generation campaigns, events, and roadshows.

 Support government initiatives related to investment promotion and economic development.

 Handle key account management and high-value negotiations.

 Continuously improve sales processes, CRM usage, and customer experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
