What You’ll Do:

• Install, maintain, and repair commercial refrigeration and HVAC systems.
• Learn on the job from experienced techs while developing troubleshooting skills.
• Service restaurant kitchen equipment, such as fryers and ovens (training provided).
• Work independently & as part of a team to complete service calls efficiently.
• Provide great customer service, educating clients on system maintenance.

What We’re Looking For:

• No real-world HVAC or refrigeration experience? No problem! We prefer recent HVAC grads but may provide training for candidates with mechanical skills or electrical backgrounds.
• Hands-on experience in HVAC, refrigeration, maintenance, or facility repair is a plus.
• EPA Type II or OSHA 10 certification? Great! If not, we’ll help you get certified.
• A valid driver’s license & good driving record.
• A positive, go-getter attitude & willingness to learn!
