Commercial HVAC Sales Executive
Location: Miami, FL
A growing mechanical services organization is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Sales Executive to identify, develop, and manage HVAC installation opportunities throughout South Florida.
This position focuses on commercial properties, including office buildings, retail developments, and new construction projects. The role requires strong knowledge of commercial mechanical systems and the ability to manage projects from initial prospecting through contract execution.
Key Responsibilities

Generate and develop new business opportunities for commercial HVAC installation projects

Build relationships with property managers, general contractors, developers, and building owners

Promote and sell large-scale HVAC systems including rooftop units, chillers, and cooling towers

Review and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and construction documents

Prepare project proposals, estimate, and bid packages

Work closely with estimating and project management teams to ensure successful project execution

Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing contracts

Maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC sales

Solid understanding of commercial HVAC and mechanical systems

Experience selling or working with chillers, cooling towers, and large tonnage equipment

Ability to read blueprints and construction plans

Experience selling to property managers, developers, or contractors preferred

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

This is a field-based role with office presence when not meeting clients
