Progressive Mechanical Services, a family-owned HVAC/R company established in 2017, is looking for a dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team.

In this hands-on role, you'll perform service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, troubleshoot complex issues, provide excellent customer service, and ensure every job meets our high standards for safety, efficiency, and quality.

Pay Range: $34.00 - 38.00 hourly + bonus opportunities

Position : Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Schedule : Monday through Friday, 7:00 - 4:30pm with minimal on-call requirements

Your Role as a Commercial HVAC Service Technician

• Perform maintenance, service, and repairs on commercial HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, chillers, and air conditioning)
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, invoices, and work orders
• Ensure all work is performed safely and complies with company protocols
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 3 years of experience in commercial HVAC service required
• EPA certification required
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems
• Refrigeration experience is highly desired but not required
• Highly organized with attention to detail in scheduling, work orders, and documentation
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency on every job
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Specialty experience in chillers or refrigeration is a plus
