Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial HVAC/R Field Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will manage a team of technicians, and ensure that we are providing quality service to the customer. Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily field operations for HVAC/R projects, including installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of HVAC/R technicians, ensuring they have the resources and training necessary to perform their duties effectively.
• Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Conduct visits and inspections to ensure quality, and safety, addressing any issues that arise.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to field technicians as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates, and address concerns to maintain strong customer relationships.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience on Commercial HVAC/R systems and or commercial kitchen equipment, with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory or leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting and repair.
• Familiarity with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Universal EPA certification is required.
