What you’ll do

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units, refrigeration systems, and boilers.
• Interpret schematics and HVAC design plans to ensure accurate installation and troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks on equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment to perform repairs and modifications.
• Provide field service support to clients, addressing their concerns with professionalism and expertise.
• Collaborate with construction teams to integrate HVAC systems into new builds or renovations.
• Diagnose issues with plumbing related to HVAC systems and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed and recommend upgrades or replacements when needed.

Basic qualifications

• Proven experience as a service technician in HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning/Refrigeration).
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance repair and property maintenance.

Preferred qualifications

• Familiarity with ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Experience in construction projects related to HVAC installations.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
