Commercial HVAC/R Technician

TWC Services Inc. is hiring experienced Commercial HVAC/R Technicians to support our growing service team.

We are looking for strong commercial technicians with experience servicing HVAC and refrigeration systems in restaurants and commercial environments. This is a senior-level role for technicians who can work independently, troubleshoot confidently, and provide strong customer service in the field.

What You'll Work On:

• RTUs
• Walk-ins & freezers
• Reach-ins
• Ice machines
• Split systems
• Commercial refrigeration systems
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair commercial HVAC/R equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and service calls
• Handle customer-facing service work professionally
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Support and mentor junior technicians when needed
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC/R experience
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience working independently in the field
• EPA Certification preferred
• Valid driver's license
• Experience in restaurant or commercial service environments preferred
  
  

Preferred Experience:

• Refrigeration controls
• Restaurant environments
• Hot side exposure is a plus
  
  

This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for technicians who are comfortable handling service calls independently and providing high-quality service to commercial customers.
