E360 Insurance is seeking a results-oriented Commercial Insurance Agent to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

Drive Sales & Business Development

  • Pioneer new business by aggressively prospecting, networking, and building a pipeline of potential commercial clients.
  • Achieve and consistently exceed challenging sales and policy renewal targets.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales activities to drive continuous improvement.

Client Relationship & Risk Consulting

  • Serve as a trusted risk consultant to business owners, managers, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to understand the unique exposures and insurance requirements of diverse California businesses.
  • Design and present customized insurance solutions, including Commercial Property, General Liability, Workers' Compensation, Business Interruption, and specialty lines.
  • Negotiate policy terms, rates, and coverage with carriers to deliver the most competitive options for the client's budget.

Policy Management & Compliance

  • Manage the full policy lifecycle: new issuance, complex renewals, policy endorsements, and premium adjustments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal insurance regulations, maintaining E360's high ethical standards.
  • Guide clients through the claims process, acting as their dedicated advocate to ensure a timely and fair resolution.

Dedicated Client Service

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all client interactions and policy documentation using CRM and agency management software.
  • Provide proactive and ongoing support, answering coverage questions and explaining policy terms/exclusions to foster long-term loyalty and maximize client retention.
  • Act as the face of E360 Insurance, consistently delivering a world-class customer experience.

Required Qualifications

Experience & Licensing

  • Proven track record of success in commercial insurance sales and account management.
  • Deep expertise in a broad range of commercial lines products (e.g., General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property, Workers' Comp).
  • Active and valid California State Insurance License for Commercial Lines is required.
  • Commitment to maintaining licensure through continuing education.

Skills & Competencies

  • Exceptional sales execution and negotiation skills, with a demonstrable ability to close complex deals.
  • Superior analytical ability for complex risk assessment and policy analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build rapport with C-suite executives and business owners.
  • Self-starter with a high degree of organization, detail orientation, and the ability to manage a large, diverse book of business.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and insurance agency management software.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
