With access to 100+ top-rated carriers, we give our producers the ability to win deals, structure competitive solutions, and build a serious book of business.

We’re not looking for average—we’re looking for driven, competitive producers who want to earn at a high level and take full control of their income.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate new commercial clients (contractors, real estate, SMBs)
• Quote and close policies (BOP, GL, Workers Comp, Commercial Auto)
• Build long-term client relationships (not transactional selling)
• Manage your pipeline and follow up relentlessly

Compensation

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sales mentality (insurance experience a plus)
• Comfortable with commission-based income
• High persistence and resilience (you don’t fold after rejection)
• Confident communicator with a professional presence
• Organized and disciplined with daily activity
