  • Negotiate policy terms and coverage options with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and optimal solutions
  • Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and following up on policy inquiries
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and attract new customers
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the benefits administration process
  • Maintain compliance with industry regulations such as HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) to protect client information

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills capable of engaging diverse audiences
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader client base effectively
  • Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
  • Familiarity with sales administration processes and marketing strategies within the insurance industry
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple client interactions efficiently
