Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Interior Fit-Out Sales Executive / Manager with proven experience in handling commercial projects within the UAE market. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in commercial interior fit-out sales and a solid network within the industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the commercial fit-out sector.
• Generate leads and convert them into successful project closures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, and clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
• Coordinate with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate project costing and smooth execution.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
• Attend client meetings, site visits, and project briefings as required.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in commercial interior fit-out sales.
• Proven track record of handling commercial projects (offices, retail, F&B, etc.).
• Strong client network within the UAE commercial sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid UAE driving license preferred.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
