What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
As a Landscaper on our Green Team, you are the hands-on professional keeping Charlotte beautiful.

• Make an Impact: Perform precision weedeating, edging, mulching, and planting to keep properties looking their absolute best.
• Grounds Maintenance: Execute high-quality pruning and general lawn care techniques.
• Teamwork: Work alongside a dedicated crew that values reliability, punctuality, and a "quality-first" mindset.
• Landscaping Excellence: Maintain and operate professional-grade equipment to ensure safety and efficiency on every site.

What You Bring To The Team

• Experience: 1–3 years of Landscaping experience is preferred, but a great attitude is a must!
• Valid License: A valid NC or SC Driver’s License and a clean driving record are required.
• Stamina: Ability to handle physical outdoor work and lift up to 35 lbs repetitively.
• Reliability: You show up on time, every time, ready to make a difference.
