Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled Lawn Maintenance Crew Member who takes pride in producing clean, professional work. This is not an entry-level position — we are seeking individuals who understand the standard of a well-maintained property and have the ability to execute at a high level.

The ideal candidate is proficient with commercial zero-turn mowers, has a strong attention to detail, and consistently delivers quality results, including crisp striping and clean finishes on commercial sites.

What You’ll Do

• Operate commercial-grade equipment, including zero-turn mowers, with efficiency and precision
• Produce clean, consistent striping patterns that meet GLS quality standards
• Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing with a high level of detail
• Maintain beds, remove debris, and ensure properties present at a professional standard
• Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure safety and performance
• Assist with seasonal services such as mulching, aeration, overseeding, and leaf removal
• Work closely with your crew to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule
• Represent GLS professionally on every job site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in professional lawn maintenance or landscaping preferred
• Proficiency with zero-turn commercial mowers is required
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Consistent work ethic and reliability — show up ready to perform every day
• Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and handle physical demands of the job
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
