Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Commercial Lawyer, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Commercial Lawyer will manage day-to-day tasks that include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, providing legal advice to clients, addressing a variety of legal issues, and ensuring compliance with data privacy legislation. The role requires close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to minimize risks and secure the best outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law and expertise in handling a range of legal issues
• Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating Commercial Contracts
• In-depth knowledge of Legal Advice and consulting practices
• Understanding of Data Privacy regulations and compliance
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent; relevant certifications are an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a must.
• Must have a law practice license.
• Saudi national only.
