A Day in the Life

Join Medtronic as the Country CRM & CAS Leader and play a central role in shaping therapy growth and commercial excellence across Türkiye. This opportunity places you at the forefront of leading Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS), a portfolio focused on diagnosing and supporting the management of cardiovascular conditions through advanced clinical technologies. As part of the Leadership Team, you will guide strategy, execution, and nationwide therapy expansion in a fast-changing healthcare environment.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Lead the CRM & CAS therapy strategy, driving sustainable revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Guide regional leaders in executing sales plans, supporting clinical excellence, and ensuring operational discipline
  • Build strong partnerships with senior hospital stakeholders, key opinion leaders, government representatives, and health system decision-makers
  • Ensure effective execution of all CRM & CAS activities across regions, supporting selling, service efforts, clinical programs, and market development
  • Develop high-performing teams through talent development, succession planning, and an inclusive leadership approach
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial excellence activities to support accurate business planning
  • Drive market development programs that address new opportunities and strengthen Medtronic’s position in CRM & CAS, which includes technologies that support cardiovascular diagnostics and services for earlier detection and more effective management of cardiac conditions.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is advantageous
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive leadership in healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals, or 10 years of leadership experience with an advanced degree
  • Strong background in managing diverse commercial organisations across complex or emerging markets
  • Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, including payers, policymakers, and health system executives
  • Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and implementing large-scale strategies
  • Strong financial and business acumen with experience in resource planning and commercial decision-making.

Experience in matrix environments, exposure to international healthcare systems, or prior leadership of cardiology-related portfolios would be beneficial.
