Commercial Lines Account Manager – Property & Casualty
Location: Remote

Responsibilities:

Support commercial insurance clients by providing timely, professional, and solutions‑oriented service

Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through consistent communication and follow‑through
-
Coordinate with Producers and the Commercial Sales team to support client needs and service strategy

Manage day‑to‑day servicing of commercial client accounts in accordance with agency procedures, including:

New business setup and onboarding
-
Renewal processing and service support
-
Endorsements intake, processing, and follow‑up
-
Cancellations and audits
-
Billing, financing, and payments
-
Certificates, Evidence of Insurance, schedules, and auto ID cards
-
Perform all work in compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable insurance regulations

Maintain accurate documentation and records within the agency management system
-
Communicate with internal and external customers in a friendly, professional, and patient manner
-
Provide an exceptional customer experience with a focus on client retention and satisfaction
-
Address customer concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed to the Commercial Lines Team Leader or Producers

Support team goals by collaborating effectively with colleagues and contributing to a positive service culture
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of 3 years of commercial insurance experience
-
Active Property & Casualty insurance license
-
Strong customer service and relationship‑management skills
-
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Experience using Applied Epic or similar agency management systems

Experience working in a collaborative, team‑based insurance environment

Additional Information:
Compensation:
Hourly range: $28 – $38 per hour. Compensation within this range will be determined based on experience and qualifications.

Work Model:
This role is Remote—preference for MD, DE, PA, VA, or candidates residing in the Eastern Timezone.

This position may require:
Active Property and Casualty license
Ability to obtain required licensure within the agreed upon timeline.
