One of California's largest and continuously growing independent insurance agencies, with over 30 years in the industry, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager with a focus on transportation to join their team!

What You'll Bring:

• Experience:
• 5+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management
• 2+ years of Workers’ Compensation experience
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty license
• Technical Skills: Proficiency with insurance agency management systems, Microsoft Office Suite, carrier websites, and other relevant insurance software.
• Book of Business: Experience managing small to mid-size accounts, with a strong background in transportation accounts and commodities hauled by trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit applications with underwriting information provided by producers.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Service a portfolio of primarily small to mid-size accounts.
• Follow up with markets to obtain quotations.
• Cultivate strong client relationships through a positive approach, building trust and professionalism.
• Process marketing renewals, certificates, notice of cancellations, and change requests/endorsements.
• Promptly handle requests for information and documentation.
