Commercial Litigation Associate

Office Locations: Chicago

Quarles & Brady LLC seeks a litigation associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our Commercial Litigation practice in the Chicago office.

Applicants should have experience in the following: (i) researching, drafting and arguing motions in civil disputes in Illinois state and federal court, (ii) experience responding to subpoenas and managing high-volume discovery; as well as (iii) an interest in Illinois federal and state trial work. The successful candidate must have strong research and drafting skills.

This position offers the opportunity to work on high-profile matters with significant client interaction and courtroom exposure.

Benefit eligibility is dependent on hours. Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience, education and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The range for this position for individuals physically located in Chicago and Washington D.C. is $190,000 to $265,000. The range for this position for individuals physically located in Denver and San Diego is $175,000 to $250,000.
