- Our client, an Am Law 100 law firm, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Senior Associate with six to eight years of experience to join its Technology, Manufacturing & Transportation business unit.
- The ideal candidate will have substantial experience handling all phases of complex commercial litigation, including factual investigations, discovery, pleadings, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and client communications.
- Experience in both state and federal court is preferred, and familiarity with administrative proceedings and arbitrations is a plus.
- Candidates must be actively licensed to practice in California or willing to obtain admission as soon as possible.
Key Qualifications
- 6–8 years of commercial litigation experience, preferably with an Am Law or highly regarded firm.
- Strong background in managing discovery, depositions, and complex motion practice.
- Proven experience communicating directly with clients and participating in settlement discussions.
- Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and comfort working across business units and practice groups.
- Demonstrated sound judgment, initiative, and ability to work under pressure.
