Commercial Litigation Associate

Experience:

• Simultaneously handles the high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion
• Possesses strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients
• Demonstrates the ability to independently manage matters and shows a strong interest in continuing to advance their career as a litigator
• Produces very high-quality legal work and bills the required amounts of hours to ensure excellent client service
• Is able to manage client relationships and demonstrates the necessary skills to generate business through group and individual efforts
• Complies with the very highest ethical standards of the legal profession

Preferred Experience: Litigation experience should include both traditional and electronic discovery, preparation for and taking depositions, motion drafting, and trial experience. Outstanding writing, research, analytical and oral advocacy skills. Significant courtroom experience (state and/or federal) including appeals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
