Carterwill Search, a TempExperts company, has an immediate need for a Commercial Litigation Associate with three to five years of experience. The candidate should have experience with all phases of complex commercial litigation and a demonstrated proficiency in legal research. This includes, but is not limited to, experience with conducting factual investigations and discovery, preparing pleadings, taking depositions, arguing motions, participating in mediation, and communicating with clients. This is a Hybrid or Remote opportunity.

Requirements:

• 3 – 5 years of complex commercial litigation and a demonstrated proficiency in legal research.
• Excellent academic credentials, superior interpersonal skills, and a demonstrated record of working well under pressure.
• Employment-specific litigation background is preferred.
• Experience using Artificial Intelligence to conduct legal research is beneficial as well.
• Exceptional judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
