The Role

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial litigation (real estate litigation experience strongly preferred)
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills — able to draft and argue motions, handle discovery, and manage cases end-to-end
• Experience in New York state and federal courts
• Proactive, commercially minded approach with the ability to work directly with clients
