3-5 years
of litigation experience to join our growing team in our
Philadelphia office.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced litigator to transition into a dynamic and cutting-edge practice, providing regulatory and product counseling to innovative technology clients. You'll serve as a primary contact for clients, providing strategic advice on a range of legal issues, from product development to navigating complex regulatory frameworks. Demonstrated interest or experience in gambling/gaming, consumer protection or media/advertising law preferred, but not required. The role is highly client-facing and requires a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements

Should be admitted to the Bar in good standing in Pennsylvania

Strong analytical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex legal matters into clear, actionable recommendations—especially in areas with limited precedent or ambiguous risk.
