Job Title: Insurance Defense/Commercial Litigation Attorney

Location: 1 day in the office – San Jose, California; Orange County, California; or Manhattan, New York

Overview

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to handle a broad range of cases and deliver outstanding legal services. This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and strategic problem-solving.

The Ideal Litigation Attorney Will Possess The Following

• A minimum of 2 years of defense litigation experience
• Experience across multiple practice areas, including general liability, commercial litigation, and construction law
• Proficiency in all phases of discovery, including written discovery and depositions
• A process-driven approach with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional service
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across departments and offices, fostering a cohesive team environment
• Excellent interpersonal, oral advocacy, and writing skills, along with strong motivation
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and communication abilities
• A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in the State of California
