Commercial Maintenance Technician

Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable Commercial Maintenance Technician to perform routine maintenance, basic diagnostics, and preventative service on commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment. This role is ideal for someone with foundational experience who is looking to grow in the trade.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
• Inspect, clean, and service RTUs, split systems, walk-in coolers/freezers, and ice machines
• Identify basic issues and report findings to service team or management
• Complete service reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle and work area
• Communicate professionally with customers on-site

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of HVAC/R or mechanical maintenance experience preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical, refrigeration cycles, and airflow
• EPA Certification (preferred but not required)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Schedule

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Occasional weekends or after-hours work as needed

Pay: $22.00 - $35.00 per hour
