We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team and support the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all commercial aspects of projects, including contracts, claims, variations, and cost control.

Prepare, review, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.

Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow to ensure financial objectives are achieved.

Lead commercial negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Support project teams in risk management, value engineering, and cost optimization.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and local regulations.

Prepare commercial reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar commercial role within the construction industry.

Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and commercial management practices.

Proven experience handling large-scale and complex construction projects.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

Prior experience in Saudi Arabia is highly preferred.
