POSITION SUMMARY:
One of L’Oréal’s most dynamic brands, NYX Professional Makeup, is looking for a high-energy, strategic Commercial Manager to lead our business expansion across the GCC. As we embark on a journey of rapid growth, you will be the engine driving our commercial strategy. Your mission is to master the art of the "win-win," managing complex distributor relationships, optimizing revenue growth, and ensuring our "Pro-level" products reach every corner of the market with excellence.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Strategic Distributor Partnership & Growth:
- Portfolio Mastery: Develop, monitor, and manage a portfolio of key distributor(s) in alignment with the CPD division strategy.
- The Visionary Plan: Create and execute annual business plans (sell-in, sell-out, market share) that bridge today’s performance with our ambitious 3-year brand vision.
- Full Accountability: Own the net sales budget from end-to-end, ensuring we hit our targets with precision.
- Financial Performance & Revenue Growth Management (RGM)
- Profitability Champion: Drive the P&L of your accounts, constantly following up on ROI, revenue growth management, and growth margins to ensure sustainable brand health.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze and monitor key account performance (sell-in/sell-out) to pivot strategies in real-time.
- Alignment: Be the bridge between departments, participating in commercial strategy, trade marketing, supply chain, and finance alignment meetings.
- Operational Excellence & Team Leadership
- Execution Excellence: Cascade commercial plans to distributors and ensure "NYX-standard" execution on the ground.
- People Developer: Recruit and develop talent within the commercial teams, fostering a high-performance culture and implementing robust succession plans.
- Goal Alignment: Ensure all commercial objectives and KPIs are clearly communicated and that the entire sales team is mobilized toward common goals.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Act as a true brand advocate, mobilizing internal departments (Logistics, Finance, etc.) and partner agencies to achieve deadlines and business milestones.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:You are:- Entrepreneurial: Every single day, you spot opportunities to shake things up and change the world for the better.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:- 7+ years of experience in the sales field within the Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, with a proven track record of developing customers, distributors, and people.
- Master of Commercial Fundamentals: Deep knowledge of P&L management, sell-in/sell-out excellence, and turnover optimization.
- Negotiation Pro: Ability to build compelling selling propositions that create win-win situations for L’Oréal and our partners.
- Market Savvy: Stay ahead of the curve regarding GCC market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor movements.
- Languages: Fluency in English & Arabic is preferred to navigate the diverse GCC landscape effectively.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
