Commercial Manager

We are expanding our team for an exciting large-scale Mixed‑Use Development project in the UAE and are looking to engage a highly skilled professional for the role of Commercial Manager In Egypt.

Qualifications and Professional Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management –
• Master’s degree in Commercial Management / Construction Law – Preferred
• Strong cost control & commercial experience
• PMP – Advantageous
• FIDIC Training Advantageous
• Cost Management / Value Engineering Courses – Preferred
• 12–15+ years of experience
• Experience with major developers is a strong advantage
• Strong background in: Cost Control, Budgeting & Forecasting, Payment Certification, Commercial Reporting
• Must have client-facing experience
