Commercial Manager ( arab man )

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager to oversee business growth, client relationships, contracts, and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing commercial strategies, increasing company revenue, managing projects profitability, and ensuring strong customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Manage client relationships and maintain strong communication with customers and business partners.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, contracts, and commercial proposals.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and profitability.
• Coordinate with finance, procurement, HR, and operations departments.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients and suppliers.
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
• Prepare commercial reports and present performance updates to management.
• Support business development activities and participate in meetings with clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in commercial management or business development.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in contracts management and tendering processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

• Leadership and team management skills.
• Strong financial and commercial awareness.
• Knowledge of the Qatar market and local business practices.
• Experience in construction, trading, real estate, or contracting companies is preferred.
