Key Responsibilities
Strategic Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and innovative business models to optimize market penetration for digital products.
Fintech Partnership Management
Build and nurture strategic alliances with financial institutions, fintech platforms, and payment networks, negotiating win-win terms and favorable outcomes.
Market Expansion
Lead market entry planning and expansion strategies across new geographical regions and industry verticals, specifically focusing on Egypt, KSA, and UAE.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Tech, Marketing, and Product teams to align offerings with market demand and ensure platform scalability.
Regulatory & Compliance
Oversee licensing processes and ensure all partnership models and digital products adhere to local and international financial regulatory standards.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to proactively recommend growth strategies and competitive solutions.
Team Leadership
Coach and mentor team members, fostering a results-driven, high-performance culture focused on business excellence.
Qualifications

MBA (Global Finance or Marketing preferred) or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.

8 - 10 years of progressive experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership.

Extensive experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, E-commerce, or Non-Banking Financial Institutions (NBFI).

Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end product lifecycles and closing high-value partnerships across complex financial ecosystems.
