Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Commercial Manager with a strong background in Facility Management and Business Development in the UAE market.

The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, securing FM contracts, managing commercial performance, and ensuring profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement commercial strategies for Facility Management services
• Identify and secure new FM contracts (Hard & Soft Services)
• Lead tendering process, pricing strategy, and proposal submissions
• Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
• Manage client relationships and key accounts
• Monitor revenue, cost control, and profit margins
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure contract performance
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities

Requirements:

• 10 to 15 years UAE experience in Facility Management
• Strong experience in business development and commercial management
• Proven track record of winning FM contracts
• Strong knowledge of Hard and Soft FM services
• Experience handling large government or corporate contracts preferred
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Strong client network in UAE market

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED23,000.00 per month
