Commercial Manager (Facility Management)

The Role
Commercial Manager (Facility Management) - Jeddah, KSA We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager (Facility Management) for our client based in Saudi Arabia which is a facilities management that delivers integrated waste management, Facility Maintenance, Housekeeping, pest control and Landscaping services wherever possible. We are looking for a senior-caliber professional with: • Strong commercial management exposure at a strategic level (beyond operational or tendering functions) • Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, and cost control within large-scale FM environments • Strong experience in managing budgets, margins, variations, and claims • Advance stakeholder communication and presentation capabilities • Solid understanding of contractual frameworks and commercial risk • Depth of experience aligned specifically with the scope and complexity of our current project requirements • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in commercial management within facility management or a related industry. - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale contracts and commercial negotiations. - Strong financial acumen, budget management, and analytical skills. - Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is advantageous. - Willingness to relocate and travel within Saudi Arabia as required.
