Commercial Manager - Hotels Experience

Job Title: Commercial Manager

Role Purpose:
Lead the hotel’s commercial strategy across all revenue streams (Rooms, Events, F&B, Leisure & Spa) to maximize revenue, profit, and market share.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute commercial strategy and business plans.
• Drive sales, revenue, and profit targets in line with budget & forecasts.
• Oversee pricing, rate strategies, and market positioning.
• Manage and coach sales, revenue, and marketing teams.
• Build strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and clients.
• Monitor market trends and adjust strategy accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in hospitality/travel industry in a commercial or revenue role.
• 3+ years leading sales/commercial teams.
• Strong financial, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Hospitality : 5 years (Preferred)
