Livedin is one of Saudi Arabia's leading VC backed proptech companies, helping tenants find and book accommodation across the Kingdom. As we expand our Long-Term Rental (LTR) and Corporate Accommodation business, we are looking for a high-potential Commercial Manager to work directly with the General Manager in scaling the business. This is a unique opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to learn how to build and scale a business from the inside.
This is not a traditional sales role. You will act as the GM's deputy across revenue growth, business operations, sales performance, process improvement, automation, partnerships, and strategic projects.
You will work across multiple functions including Sales, Growth, Business Excellence, Tech, and Finance to help scale one of the fastest-growing business units within Livedin.
What You'll Do
A. Revenue & Commercial Performance
- Support delivery of monthly revenue and sales targets
- Manage and optimize the Long-Term Rental (LTR) sales funnel
- Support development of the Corporate Sales business
- Track sales pipeline health and conversion metrics
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue generation
B. Business Operations & Execution
- Act as the GM's right hand in day-to-day business management
- Lead strategic projects aimed at improving business performance
- Drive accountability across teams against key KPIs
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Growth, Business Excellence, Tech, and Finance
C. Analytics & Process Improvement
- Build visibility on business performance through reporting and dashboards
- Analyze funnel conversion data and identify bottlenecks
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Work with Business Excellence and Tech teams to automate repetitive workflows
D. Growth & Partnerships
- Support strategic partnerships and business development initiatives
- Assist in launching and scaling new revenue streams
- Conduct market research and identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years in sales, business operations, commercial strategy, revenue operations or a high-growth startup
- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
- Strong analytical thinking and ownership mindset
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets proficiency
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience working in startups or venture-backed companies
- Experience managing commercial funnels or sales operations
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Experience with data analysis and dashboarding tools
