About the role

In this role, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Global Commercial Marketing projects and activities, ensuring the effective delivery and performance tracking of multi-market campaigns across Qatar Airways’ global network. You will drive marketing operations that align with commercial objectives, managing assets, timelines, and reporting to ensure efficiency and impact. The position oversees key business segments, including Sponsorships, Qatar Destination marketing, Brand, and Commercial Products, while also spearheading special projects, tactical initiatives, and contests that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver integrated, insight-driven campaigns that meet business goals, brand standards, and timelines. The role also requires proactively identifying revenue-driving opportunities through marketing innovation, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, you will own the roadmap and optimization of key software platforms that enable collaborative work management, marketing orchestration, and budget governance. Success in this role demands strong leadership, organizational agility, and the ability to manage multiple priorities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Coordinate the planning and rollout of global and tactical marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and delivery timelines.
  • Manage creative briefings, approvals, and localization of assets with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
  • Track campaign progress, flag risks, and ensure timely completion with a high standard of quality.
  • Support post-campaign evaluations, compiling insights and performance reports. Prepare presentations, summaries, and dashboards for internal reporting and management reviews.
  • Contribute to the improvement of marketing workflows and processes, leveraging software tools to increase visibility and speed to market.
  • Coordinate partnership activations with tourism boards, airline partners, and airports, ensuring campaign materials, budgets, and reporting are delivered accurately.
  • Support governance, budget tracking, and compliance with brand and approval procedures.

Qualifications

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or brand operations within a large or multi-market organization.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and partners relationships.
  • Tech-savvy with strong interest in using software and digital tools to optimize marketing operations.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with workflow or project management systems is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English.
