Commercial & Medical Representatives Team Lead - Saudi Arabia Riyadh

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Commercial & Medical Representatives Team Lead to lead the development of the MÁDARA brand in Saudi Arabia. This role will be based in Riyadh and will be responsible for managing the local medical representatives team, strengthening relationships with healthcare professionals, and supporting the growth of our brand in the pharmacy and dermatology channel. You will play a key role in building the brand's presence in the market while working closely with our local distribution partner and our international headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and develop the Medical Representatives team in KSA, ensuring strong field performance and high professional standards.
  • Define and implement the regional commercial and medical action plan in line with the company's global strategy.
  • Support distribution expansion and brand growth of MÁDARA within the region.
  • Cooperate closely with our partners and distribution and marketing teams to support local business development and promotional activities.
  • Monitor territory performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets and KPIs.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expansion areas within the assigned region.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with dermatologists, physicians, key opinion leaders (KOLs), clinics, and pharmacists.
  • Promote the brand and its products to healthcare professionals across the assigned territory.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, professional events, and industry meetings.
  • Provide advanced product presentations, demonstrations, and professional trainings.
  • Coach, mentor, and support the development of medical team members, conducting regular field visits and performance reviews.
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities to adjust strategy proactively.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance, territory development, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as the main point of contact between HQ, the distributor, and the local medical team.

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in medical representation, pharmaceutical, dermatology, or dermocosmetics industry.
  • Previous experience leading or managing a field team is highly preferred.
  • Strong network within dermatology clinics, pharmacies, or healthcare professionals in KSA is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English
  • Based in Riyadh and willing to travel within Saudi Arabia.
