Commercial Move & Logistics Coordinator

Job description

Our growing commercial division is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Move & Logistics Coordinator to manage commercial relocation projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll oversee both move coordination and logistics to ensure projects run seamlessly and clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems
• Review sales documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Register and schedule commercial moves and logistics services in CRM systems
• Coordinate all aspects of commercial relocations and logistics from start to finish
• Communicate timelines, updates, and changes to all relevant parties
• Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners
• Collect prepayments and COD balances as required
• Prepare billing documentation and collaborate with accounting to generate invoices and secure payment
• Maintain organized project records and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Represent the company in a professional manner
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to commute to Savage, MD at least once per week

Education/Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required
• At least 1 year of moving, logistics, transportation, or related industry experience preferred

New hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period.

Commensurate with experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
